This is obvious to some but not to others, presumably, but riders like Mage and Riotrooper can be used multiple times by multiple members.
Unlike Decade and W, there can be more than one of each running around the verse. Hell, if you want to make like 30 Riotroopers go for it.

Updated: White Wizards and Kamen Rider Bith (including his prototype) are now no longer limited to just one each.
Any person wishing to make a White Wizard or Birth take a look at their respective entries in the Organization List and/or ask the Staff.

This also goes for custom ones made for specific organizations right? Like my Medic Beetles from the Wild Lance Irregulars?

To add to the previous two posts, Black Fang has the Fanteria, mass-produced mook suits roughly equivalent to Riotroopers with higher defense.
