Overview: Vera is a twisted little creature. To use lots of big clinical terms, she's extremely narcissistic, sociopathic to the point of having no moral code whatsoever, and almost childlike in social terms. She has a number of fascinations, the most prominent among them being old-style Victorian ballgowns and Kayla. She can be extremely petulant at times, often throwing temper tantrums if her needs aren't met. Because of this, the Zzyzx soldiers are legitimately scared of her.
She also likes to have the element of surprise, especially when people underestimate her. She loves it when people attack, convinced she can't fight back because of her skirt, and the looks on their faces when she kills them despite her skirts. She's also shockingly good at stealth, despite her dress.

Henshin Sequence: She pulls out her own Train Module and slides it into the bow, causing the two trailing ribbons of the bow to extend outward and wrap around her. They shatter a moment later to reveal the Rail Dame suit.

  Fighting Style: She uses the same style as normal, generally involving a lot of twirling, misdirection, and flexible movement. She dodges as opposed to blocking.

  Abilities: She has enhanced statistics, an HUD, and she can use other people's Rail Modules to gain new weaponry and abilities. Her normal suit ability is that she can disable Rainbow Scale-powered technology with a touch.
  Finisher(s): Charge Pirouette- She pushes the Rail Module in, and it moves back a moment later, emitting a sound like a train horn, but deeper and more echoic. She begins to spin, the energy of her suit prolonging the spin and bringing the speed to insane levels as she shears right through her target like a human buzzsaw.

Vera was born the daughter of Rick Baylin, and began exhibiting signs of psychological abnormalities at a very young age. She took drugs for it throughout her childhood, but as they would later find out, this was merely bottling them up. She took up sewing at a young age to help combat her psychological problems as well, making her own clothing from about age 9 onward. As she studied history in school, she became enamored with old-style fashion, especially the dresses of the Victorian era. She also met Kayla along the way, and treated her with disinterest at best.
When she was 12, the drugs stopped working. She'd built up a tolerance. Her psychologist tried to prescribe new drugs to help, but those efforts failed and Vera dropped headfirst into psychopathy. She regressed to around 6-7 years old mentally, and dropped out of school, starting homeschooling and becoming antisocial. She met Kayla again by chance, and her opinion toward her changed completely, transforming into a borderline obsession. She also began wearing dresses more often.
When her father formed Zzyzx and found the Shadow Scale, she embraced her new role eagerly, beginning to train her fighting skills and making her dresses and weapons. She managed to convince her father to create her morpher, and assumed the new role of Rail Dame.
