Sebastian just could not get a break. Not only was he dangerously low on mana, but he felt like he hadn't slept in forever.
He was being dragged across the forest floor, his feet and arms bound together by some masked behemoth of a man who carried a still unconscious Koyomi over his shoulder.
Two other masked men accompanied him.
They had said no words when they captured them, but Sebastian knew they must either be bandits or bounty hunters seeking their fortune.
One of the other two masked men was carrying his belt and rings.
Yeah, this was not good.

Koyomi was unconscious. She hadn't even realized what was happening, it had just happened.

"Mind letting us go?" Sebastian asked kindly, "We'll promise not to tell the Guard on you guys."
The masked men ignored him and kept going. Eventually the five of them arrived at a campsite, Koyomi and Sebastian were left tied to a tree while the the three men discussed something in private.
"Koyomi, psst, Koyomi. Are you awake?"

She wasn't.

Sebastian glanced over, they were still off conversing.
He needed to wake Koyomi and think of a plan to escape.
He took a deep breath before, moving his hand as slight as he could to tickle Koyomi's side.

She slowly started to stir.

He continued with it, while whispering "Wake up, Koyomi. Sleepy time is over."

She turned her head to him a little, "Sebastian...?"

"Morning," he tried to grin, "It seems we've gotten ourselves into quite the sticky situation."

"What happened?" she questioned.
