The wounded and weakened Kiriha has been in Interpol custody since early February, and has yet to be released or be able to force a transformation. Our methods are cruel, yes, but if he managed to transform he would tear this facility apart, and I doubt we can beat him again. Trickery and a sneak attack were what it took last time, and we don't have the benefit anymore.

He remains chained day and night, continually beaten and drained of his energy via whatever means we can use, all to keep the Arcle at bay. He shows no emotion, not even when being beaten. I've observed him at night. He sleeps some days, other days he remains awake. I've seen him shed tears a few times, and other times he will utter a single name. "Sayuri".

Our intelligence has no information on who he is referring to, but it's not a hard guess. Our intelligence knows that he has never before acted as a monster, so taking things into consideration, this "Sayuri" is presumably the trigger, and can be ruled as deceased.

Our knowledge of the Arcle is still limited, but we are making progress. He lives for now, but will probably be executed for his crimes upon the completion of the testing. I must agree with this decision. He is too dangerous to let live.
