Overview:
Hatake is a cold, calculating man who speaks nothing of his personal life, his emotions, pretty much nothing. He speaks business and cold logic, nothing else. He appears to live and thrive for solely the purpose of advancing Ilios for the purposes of "mankind", as he puts it. Just what that means is anyone's guess, as his methods are severe, deadly, and swift.

He doesn't think twice, he knows exactly what he's doing and plots everything out in advance. He doesn't waste his time. He'll walk in, deal with it as he's pre-planned, and then walk back out, often timing things out before he acts and checking afterwards on a pocket watch to see if he was correct, or if he wasted time. His time is valuable, or so he says. However, often you'll see him not doing much of importance. He'll respond with "I'm contemplating" or something along those lines. He claims he's had enough time in his life to deal with most of the important things, and his free time is dedicated to reflection of the past and looking to the future.

He speaks with an even tone, not kind, not cruel, just even. He doesn't rise to anger, he doesn't really do much emotionally. He remains completely cold and distant so he can keep his mind on important topics and only what's important. He's had long enough to realize that human bonds aren't particularly needed, and that he's far beyond that. People have needs for human bonds, but he doesn't find the need, nor does he understand why others need them. He allows others to have their own bonds, but stays away from them himself.

As an Ilios member, he's an immortal, and the head of the group. He doesn't see himself as a leader, he sees himself as just the head, and everyone makes the decisions equally. He only leads the primary goals, because he knows what's happening, and he knows what he's doing.

He possesses the ability to move through dimensions, and bring others with him. His silver eyes are a sign of his immortality, although he can be killed. He knows how to fight, and as such can put off death by fighting back. He has shown more resilience to wounds than a normal man, possibly due to how long he's been immortal, and that he holds an ability to move his vitality around.

  Finisher(s): X Slash/Shot: He swipes the “Decade” card into his belt again, and it focuses into his blade/gun, which he then slashes/shoots for a large energy attack.
  X Kick: He uses his Decade card without weapon in hand, thus charging his foot with energy. He leaps towards his enemy, cards flying out to stun them, and his kick ends it.

Hatake's past is unknown, along with his name. At some point he gained immortality and stopped aging, and then also gained the ability to cross dimensions/worlds. He put together an ideal and an organization, Ilios. He recruited others and created more immortals to stand by his side and help him with his ideals.

He travels worlds with his followers, trying to find others, trying to find the time to bring his plans to fruition and create a utopia of immortality. He's on Earth now, setting plans into motion for this world.
