Overview: Ryusei is not just any perverted high school boy - he's the perverted high school boy. It's not just a thing to him, it's a lifestyle. On any official papers where it asks religion, he simply writes "breasts."

He may be a pervert, but he's the not the bad kind of pervert (if there is such a thing). He won't grope or even touch a girl without their consent. He's satisfied with peeping on them in the girls locker room or lifting up their skirts to see their panties (which doesn't count as groping in his mind since skirts aren't part of their bodies).

He reads a hell of a lot of Shonen Jump and tries to live by the principles taught to him by people like Son Goku and Monkey D. Luffy. He charges head first into the situation, tearing down any obstacle that gets in his way.

  Transformation: Bluto opens the glass case of the Gallant Switch (think a fighter pilot firing switch) and presses the button. It sends out a wave of cosmic energy that unlocks the left most slot on the Bluto Driver. He inserts the Gallant Switch into this slot and presses the button once again, transforming him into Gallant States.  
  Fighting Style: Lots of flying around and blasting at you from midair
  Weapons: The Gallant Buster - his gun with a slot on the back for switches (any switch). It can shoot out powerful energy versions of the switches (ex. rocket, drill, etc.) as many times as he wants.  
  Abilities: Further increased stats, full Flight, space survival
  Finisher(s): Rider Double Drill Kick (x whatever) - Bluto hits the enemy with an enemy drill (or more) before hitting him in the same spot with an actual drill. Rider Ultimate Destruction Shot - Inserting the Gallant Switch into the Gallant Buster, Bluto shoots out a super powerful energy blast.

From infancy, Ryusei loved breasts. He would always want to breast feed - even from women who weren't his mother! That is until the day his mother left this world forever. He was only three when it happened and he to this day he can't quite picture her face. His father was devastated and attempted to off himself several times. He eventually realized he had to continue to live for little Ryusei.

Like all parents, Ryusei's dad projected his own hopes and wishes onto his child. He filled his child's head with thoughts of being surrounded by beautiful women. It was thanks to his dad that Ryusei's dream of forming the ultimate harem was born!

Growing up with warped view of reality and an obsession with Weekly Shonen Jump, Ryusei became the enemy of women everywhere. Instead of being charming and considerate, he was perverted and brash. He would often do things like flip up skirts, ask girls if he could make busts of their busts, and even sneak into the woman's side of the bath house. It was during his first year of highschool that he met and traumatized Yuki Kashiwagi into distrusting all men.

It was also during his first year he met a certain man named Taiga Nakamura. They hated each others guts instantly fought, and became the best of friends. It was during the next year that Ryusei recieved a mysterious package containing a mysterious device - the Bluto Driver and a note telling him to fight the Zodiarts that would threaten his peaceful school life. Ryusei readily accepted this opportunity to become a real Shonen hero and finally obtain the harem of his dreams.
