Tsubasa had only just arrived within the confines of Vol City, and had found a location given to him in the Order Document. He walked into the room that he was told would be theirs to use. The entire building was abandoned, but this room had already been outfitted for Makai activity. He walked towards the windows and looked out at the city. It seemed peaceful enough.

The Order had decided they weren't going to be capable of stopping her from combating Horrors, so they decided to make use of her. She'd received an Order Document sending her to Vol City. She walked the alley near an abandoned building, testing the striker on her fingers and lighting the alley blue.

Tsubasa moved from the window and grabbed his single bag of possessions. He figured others would arrive eventually. For now he'd look around a little inside of this building.

Garou put the flame out, walking into the building. She sensed a Makai presence in the building, assuming a slightly defensive stance.

He kept to the upper levels, exploring the area.

He soon started to realize he wasn't alone. He moved cautiously and began to descend.

She decided that a brush might not be enough, stowing it and resting two fingers on the striker, preparing to light her prosthetics in an instant.

Garou lit her prosthetics and whirled, before hesitating. "A Knight... GARO, if I'm not mistaken."

Tsubasa gave a nod, "Yes, GARO," he said. He noticed her bandaged eyes, but didn't say anything, "Kimura, Tsubasa."

Garou forgot that's how Orders Documents worked. Why was a Knight here too? Did the Order not trust her enough to handle the city on her own?
