Rogue Interpol [Interpol]

Ravinn was clad as Red Buster, firing randomly through town.  He was alone for now, but he had support waiting to make this into a full fledged terrorist attack.  He didn't care about the damage, how much or how little it was.  What he wanted to do was flush out someone from Interpol.
