Relationships:
Due to the events in his past including being rejected by most teams of rangers in what would be our future Nek has become jaded about the rangers. His belief in them has been completely destroyed. Formerly a fan of theirs he now hates the rangers with every fiber of his being. The manipulations of his future self does not help him to overcome problems like that. Upon examination of the Riders Nek also judged them without meeting any. All of them by his standards deserve to die. Of course Nek knows humanity needs some method of protecting itself. Nek prefers advanced technology he understands over technology he does not know how to operate.
Nek is also a master level strategist. This allows him to plot out unorthodox battle strategies and adapt it on the fly. One of the unique things about Nek is that he is somewhat of an honorable villain. When his opponents are in human form he will allow them to morph. After all he only wants to kill the rangers or riders, but not their human sides since he believes he could control them. Nek however will spare the life of someone who spared his life. Nek pretends to be a goody two shoes CEO in order to make sure no ranger or rider discovers his identity. One of the fears of Nek is being returned to his own time before he is ready. Another is dying at the hand of any of the villains or heroes of this time period. Nek loves to experiment with technologies. Be it Genetic or Armor or Even Robotics, Nek absolutely cannot help himself.
Nek also views the rangers of this time period as exploitable.

Missiles: His armor is equipped with the ability to shoot out missiles.
Guard: Dark Energy will surround his body in a formfitting barrier.

Nek originates from far in the Future. In his time the rangers and riders are legends...every one of them. When he grew up he heard nothing but stories about the rangers and riders of this time period. Finally fed up he made an attempt at 15 to become a ranger. Beat up by the very people he thought would defend humanity, the rangers he was laughed out and thrown in a trash can. Nek recovered in a hurry from what had been done. Going back to school he pushed himself hard and eventually managed to get into the Uber Corp Science Academy. The Academy was working on new ranger technologies and rider technologies. After a failed attempt of stealing one of the pieces of scientific advancement Nek was exiled from the Academy.
A mysterious man in battle armor appeared near Nek, his future self. The man offered Nek power to take revenge. Nek accepted and so he trained with his Future self and learned fighting styles. The first style he learned was Krav Maga. Free running was also practiced by Nek at the insistence of his mentor. Another skill he was going to prove unfortunately to need was skills at other weapons systems. So Nek put forth effort and trained. Long range and short range weapons systems were learned by Nek. Finally deeming himself ready he went back to the past with his mentor. There he kidnapped some scientists in order to prepare to eventually conquer the world.
