As far as I have figured, there is no naming convention. It's more of "Red", "Green", etc. since they're not a formal team by designation.

Yes, that's what this is.
The powers (as I keep meaning to describe) are basically:
Everyone has the three T's, and the ability to manifest other powers (pyrokinesis, etc.), but those are going to be weaker. Each person can gain one unique ability that is much more powerful (so, say the three T's, out of 10, rank at 7, and pyro ranks at...3 or 4, their unique power could be X, which could rank anywhere between 7-10/10).
