Through a combination of smart walking and shadow-stepping via mojikara, the young Beat Rider had made her way to the park, and stood casually on the limb of a tree, looking down to await the arrival of the others.

As a crowd of people walked up, phones in hand, James became acutely aware that he didn't have a mask. "Good" James said, hand in his pocket. He'd been able to assemble the upgrade to his Driver, but the device still had to charge and calibrate itself before it would be usable. If James would be able to use it at all, it wouldn't be until half way through the fight.
James already had his Lockseed in hand as he waited.

Aiko tipped her hat, dropping into the ring from above in her Drosselmeyer getup. She already had her Driver around her waist, and was ready to fight.

Kota and Rat managed to squeeze their way through the crowd and into the main group consisting of who they think were riders.
"Woah, it got crowded fast." Kota remarked, and upon seeing a man with a Lockseed in his hand, he decided it was best to do the same thing. "Rat, you ready?"
"Heck yeah, lets-" Rat shouted with determination, and reached into his hoodie, but much to his shock, all he was feeling was the emptiness of his pockets. "Wait, huh?...Oh shit! I forgot my driver and lockseed!"

Kari jumps down from the tree branch she was on, the petite lady landing in the ring, in a small area by herself with eyes on the rest of the group, Driver in one hand, Lockseed in the other.

Rat desperately fundled over his hoodie in an attempt to find his Lockseed and driver, but he came empty-hand. "Oh no! Fuck! What do I do?"
Kota looked around. There was one armored rider and everyone else was ready to transform and there wasn't much time left until the contestants were decided. Sighing to Rat, he said. "Guess I got to do it alone. Sorry, Rat." and he reached into his own coat and pulled out his transformation driver. But what he took out wasn't a Sengoku Driver...
...He aligned the Genesis Driver onto his waist and the belt formed, securing it tightly into place and he pulled out his Energy Lockseed.

James stood there, noticing that people were whipping out their Drivers. "I guess we're about to start then" he said, slapping the Cretaceous Driver onto his waist.

"I see our contestants are all ready and rearing to go! Get hype, Zawame City! The Beat Rider Wild Royale will start shortly!"

James placed the Dragonfruit Lockseed on the Driver's bottom jaw.

"Henshin!" he declared, before closing the T-Rex head on his belt.
