Beat Rider Wild Royale!! Part 1: The Fateful Sengoku Battle

Neil shrugged his shoulders, "I like myself and that's all that really matters."

"Fine, I'll admit it's a terrible name, but try coming with something better off the spot..." said Neil, "Disregarding that..we are Team.." 

An unseen projector flickered to life, casting DJ Sagara's image onto the side of the building facing the Industrial Park.

"Hello Zawame City and to you Armored Riders! The time you all have been waiting for is here! The Beat Rider Wild Royale!"

The crowd began to cheer and Sagara nodded in approval.

"Now let's break down the rules, shall we?" he counted off with his fingers, "First, only Armored Riders and Lockseeds allowed! No cards, medals, or USD Drives! Second, only one Lockseed allowed per player."

The crowd responded with boos of disapproval.

"HOWEVER, whenever I announce CHANGE TIME, any and all Armored Riders are allowed to swap Lockseeds and take on a different form. Third, you may be thinking that the Wild Royale will be contained within the Industrial Park, you are wrong! The battlefield is Zawame City!"

The crowd collectively gasped.

"Now," he continued, "let me explain the ways in which you can win. First, defeat all opponents until they can no longer fight. And second, collect the four special Victory Lockseeds."

An image of a shiny platinum colored Lockseed flashed across his screen.

"These Victory Lockseeds can not summon an Invess or give power to an Armored Rider, only vic-tory. Collect all four Victory Lockseeds and bring them to the base of the Yggdrasill tower and you win! Now you may be wondering where are these Victory Lockseeds? On stage!"

The image of the Lockseed was replaced with a map of Zawame City.

"Each Victory Lockseed is located at four separate stages located in four different directions - East, South, North and West!  One special note before we begin, the fruit parlor Drupers is a safe zone. No fighting will be permitted within or you'll anger the scary owner."

He took a deep breath.

"ENOUGH TALK, LET'S GO WILD! LAST ONE STANDING! VICTORY FOR ONE! BATTLE START!"

"..Red Hot," finished Neil.

Spinning her spear around to hold it behind her, Kurokage looks at Kota before taking off in a direction away from the Industrial park, via fast running. The fight would have to be brought to her.

The screen turned off and in his brief moment of solitude, Sagara sat back and grinned.

The surprises waiting for them at each of the stages were going to make this extra fun.

This was the third ever fight Neil had been since arriving at Zawame. The first involved him running away and climbing things. The second involved depending on James to do most of the work. It made sense to combine the two.

"Never said we couldn't," Neil replied.

"I don't have a bike of my own.." Neil realized, "Guess we'll have to double up."

"Well then hop on" James said, rolling his eyes.
