Aiko went another direction, moving toward an old building she'd found for meeting with a Yggdrasil informant. She knew the place inside and out, and would certainly have a homecourt advantage.

The Dandeliner sped through the air and in a few minutes, Kota was already at the North stage. He un-boarded his vehicle and relocked it, causing it to shrink and fly back into his hands. He then proceeded to look around in an attempt to find the 'Victory Lockseed.'

Kari had taken off to the East, and with the shadow-stepping ability she'd employed, there'd been no need for her bike. Now she also searches for a Victory lockseed, at the stage.

Sae had arrived in the same old building as Aiko, and she quietly sneaked behind her, tapping her shoulder when she wasn't looking. "Boo!" she said, trying to get a rise out of her.

James arrived at the North stage, disappointed to see another Rider there. "Loiks like we'll do this the hard way" he said with a sigh.

Sagara watched the entire thing from his lofty perch. He decided to let this play out before activating the North Stage. The East Stage on the other hand..

Kari may have the been the first to arrive, but she wasn't the last.
"Hello, darling," said Fate already in Apple Arms, "Sorry, I wasn't there to great you at the starting line. I was running a little late you see."
Luckily for her, the entire event was being broadcast all over Zawame City so she didn't miss a thing.
"But now I'm here to take that shiny Lockseed."

Holding her spear behind her back, Kari looks at the new arrival. "Looks like we'll have to tango then." She gave, analyzing her enemy as she squared her legs a bit...

Sagara flipped a switch from his control panel causing the East Stage to come to life as steel bars began to rise up until a cage was formed.
The speakers were the next thing to come on.
"Welcome to Stage Number Two: Rage in the Cage! The rules are simple, to obtain the Victory Lockseed and exit the cage, defeat your opponent until they can no longer continue. But be careful, touch the bars and you'll be in for a shock! Fight on, Armored Rider Discord VS Armored Rider Kurokage!"

"No hard feelings, darling, but I shall be the victor."
She tapped her touchscreen, ordering her mechanized floating minions to fire only for them to fire on the cage itself. She looked up and gasped,
"Oh no my shiny babies! They're stuck outside!"

"That's unfortunate.." Kari said before spinning her spear around, rushing forward enough to stab at Fate's chest while she was distracted. If successful, it'd send her back into the bars.

And so it did as electricity surged through her body. It wasn't at lethal levels, but boy did it hurt...
She collapsed to the ground.
"Is this already the end for Discord?!" shouted DJ Sagara from above.

Normally, a Beat Rider would have pressed her advantage. And perhaps ran into traps that Discord would set. Kari instead doesn't move from her spot, and draws her Musou Saber, cocking back the lever on the weapon and then firing at Discord while she was on the ground.

"Hey that hurt!" Discord jumped up, her armor badly damaged all over, "You were supposed to come over so I could grab you and bring you down with me!"
She brushed herself off.
"I can't fight in this thing any longer.. Time for a change."
She pulled out another of her Lockseeds.
"Wait right there, Discord!" shouted DJ Sagara, "I'll cut you some slack since you missed the initial ruling, but you can't use another Lockseed until I give the o-kay!"
She stopped her foot, "Then whatever!"
She dashed at Kurokage, sword raised.
