Vera rounded the corner, looking. "Damn big house. Hearing things." Vera muttered, walking past Kayla's hiding spot on her journey back to the bedroom.

She pushed up on the Module and didn't say anything. The suit formed around her and she lifted her Rail Sword.

Vera realized. "So be it." She threw her own Rail Module into place, her armor forming. A trooper appeared, throwing Vera her parasol sword.

She didn't wait, she leapt forward and slashed.
