She drew both swords out and her body flashed red as her suit power activated. She sped through Vera, double slashing her.

Vera was hit, dropping to a knee. Her hand glowed white as she activated her own suit power, and she lunged at Kayla, attempting to touch her.

Kayla span around and crossed her swords to try to protect herself.

Vera's hand bounced off the guard, the glow dying. She attempted to stab Kayla under the guard.

Kayla rolled back to gain room and started to shoot.

Vera was hit in the back, dropping to her knees again. She stayed there a while, trying to build the strength to get back up.

Kayla leapt forward and slashed down.

Vera tried to block, but the attack still hit. Her Rail Module skittered across the floor as her transformation was forcibly undone, knocking her onto her back.
