Yeah, i'm pretty sick of the two-parter MOTW format myself. Some mixing it up will be a breath of much needed fresh air.

I like this Wild Mass Guessing from the Gaim page:
"Gaim's Super Mode will be called "Smoothie" with a Transformation Trinket that looks like a blender used to access it."

People are also saying "Salad Arms". I like him having some special rare fruit like a Dragonfruit or an Acai personally.

The current issue of Hyper Hobby, a magazine covering tokusatsu, featured an interview with Gen Urobuchi, the writer for the upcoming series, Kamen Rider Gaim.
There have been mixed reactions towards the visuals for Kamen Rider Gaim. The Kamen Rider franchise is known for playing with its formula often, but Gaim, the 15th anniversary show, could perhaps be stepping further from the formula than any series has done in years. The odd mix of fruit and samurai/knight imagery leaves fans questioning what this series could have in store for viewers.
It’s said that Gaim itself is starting later than usual so as to allow a short anniversary of the Heisei era of shows as well as to allow the production on Gaim to truly shine. In a recent interview with Hyper Hobby, Gen Urobuchi, known primarily for his work in anime and credited as the writer of fan favorite shows such as Madoka Magica and Gargantia, talked a little bit about the style of the show.
When talking about the characters, Urobuchi described Mitsuzane Kureshima/Kamen Rider Ryugen as a thoughtful character who doesn’t wish to be a burden on anyone else. He then mentions that Kaito Kumon as Kamen Rider Balon will play a character who is initially argumentative and quick to anger despite having a pure heart. When speaking about Takatora Kureshima/Kamen Rider Zangetsu and the brother to the character of Mitsuzane, Urobuchi describes him as the Ouja of the series. (Kamen Rider Ouja from the series Kamen Rider Ryuki could be described as the homicidal one of the bunch)
Throughout the interview Urobuchi makes references to the older generation of Heisei Rider shows. He claims that Gaim will take Kamen Rider back to a style not seen in almost ten years. The show will break the habit of having overt two part episodes, something in place since Kamen Rider Den-O. In addition, the show will return to what he calls the style of shows seen through Kamen Rider Kuuga and Kamen Rider Faiz. He hopes through Gaim that he will be able to portray a more dramatic take on the characters and situations not seen since those early Heisei-era Kamen Rider shows.
Later in the interview, Urobuchi even mentions that Tomokazu Sugita, who played the role of Kivat in Kamen Rider Kiva, was behind him getting the chance to work on Kamen Rider, something he considers a personal dream come true.
Kamen Rider Gaim begins airing on October 6th, following Kamen Rider Wizard’s 53rd episodes.

Interesting. I'm all for a good old fashioned darker KR show. No two episodes? F**K YEAH.

One thing that worries me is Zangetsu being the Ouja.

I think he just means that he'll be a bad guy.

He specifically mentioned Ouja is the thing, though. He could have easily used another name, but he chose the homicidal murderer. His character bio so far has him as like a cold elitist, so I'm wondering how things might change, or if it'll be a gradual character change.

Also, he said that Zangetsu being the Ouja doesn't mean that he's murderous, rather that he's pretty much the strongest.
