"We need a record of your testimony," he told her, "That's why you'll need more questioning." Men were approaching with weapons drawn, some were here for her, some were here to enter the ship, which was probably where Riley was going to end up.

And all of this was of course going to be off book. They'd let her go when they were good and ready. Not fun.
"Um...This isn't going to be like an interrogation or anything though, right? I mean I'm a...I guess volunteer? Is that the right word? Or a...willing participant?" She was feeling considerably less willing by the minute. Here she came just trying to offer help and she was going to have a bunch of guns aimed in her face she was sure of it. Well, she supposed that was to be expected. This was the military.

"You're probably going to be treated as a willing participant, rather than a prisoner," Riley said, but of course that was only a guess. He had no actual information to give her. Three men came up to flank her, "Well, they're here for you," he told her, "The rest of us are going in, I guess."

Probably?! Fantastic! She'd willing come forward with information and she might become a prisoner without fighting no less.
"Um...Just be careful. The Logi isn't damaged beyond repair. And you don't want that thing up and running again. At least not in its ship where it can transmit and receive more messages. Treat it with caution," she warned. Of course she knew how to fix it. She's seen in it Adam's head. But there was no way in hell she was admitting that. No, it looked like she was in enough trouble already.

"Let's go," Riley told his group, weapons drawn. He wondered if bullets would be effective if there was something in there, but he figured he'd probably need to transform and use the G3 weaponry. They found an entrance and went in.
In time more men would come, and they would transport the ship, while taking in Cécile for the sake of questioning. It was going to go well for her, though, there would be no long questions, or imprisonment.
And now, all SABER had to do was figure this ship out.
