She tilted her hear curiously. "Really? But I think you're much more interesting this way," she said with a smile. Never reveal your hand? No, sometimes you needed to reveal it to achieve what you longed for.
"I think in certain situations revealing your hand is fine. The important thing is never to trust anyone. You see, whether they mean to or not everyone is going to use you at some point. Make sure the use is beneficial to you, that you're getting something out of it."

"I don't know the area well. I know a few places I need to go to obtain books. But I'm hoping someone like you might know of other locations. Places I might find some very old books. Could you possibly help me with that?" she asked. If he could she'd return the favor.
