Sae hefted the rucksack on her shoulder, looking at the street ahead of her. "Not much further now," she told herself as she started walking again. She didn't have a car, and public transportation was packed, so the only way she could get to where she was going was by walking. Her destination was a little ways away, too; Zawame City was some miles out from Tokyo, but she felt that getting away from here is as good a fresh start as any.

Katsu's parents wanted her to get out more, but she really didn't want to. She didn't stray far from home, watching some traffic, wondering if she should just walk out in front of it and hope Rise didn't react in time to save her.
This was her life now; looking at anything and wondering how she could use it to end her own life.

Sae walked up next to Katsu, waiting for the traffic to pass.

Should she just walk in and let herself be hit? There was a car coming...but she's have to put that onto someone. Someone would have killed her, and how could she let that happen?
She didn't think, she just stepped forward.

On instinct, Sae grabbed her shoulder and pulled her back. "Oi, oi! Careful! There's still cars coming!"

She looked at the other girl, "I...I know..."

It was a particularly bad day for Cécile. Not surprising, she'd had plenty before. But she'd been doing slightly better recently with the whole alien threat to focus on. Slightly better but not that much.
She was having one of those days so she had rented a car. She figured maybe if she drove far away she could find some place...fun? Secluded? Whatever. She didn't really have a purpose at the moment. What she really wanted was to not have a father that wouldn't be so upset if she ended things. She couldn't put him through another kid's suicide. She couldn't.
Her thoughts were distracted and she started to seriously re-think the whole driving when she was in this state thing. She parked her borrowed car before she could total it and walked over to where Sae and Mayu were standing, snapping her fingers to remind her of her brother.

"Then why'd you walk out there?" Sae asked.

Sayuki was on the phone again as she was texting her friend, she finally had a chance to go outside of the manor and do whatever she wanted to do. It was a freedom that she liked and she would like for it to be permanent, but alas she still had her job as a 'samurai' and therefore she was stuck in the manor. But for now she was enjoying her freedom.

Cécile knew she shouldn't be eaves dropping but that's precisely why she did it. Every time. So this girl was like her.
"If you want to die you shouldn't go about it in such a half hazard way. You had no proof the car would actually kill you. It might stop short of killing you. You could be crippled or disabled for life. Now how you choose your method would depend on whether or not you cared if anyone knew you were committing suicide. Guns are the best way to go if you don't care. Bullet to the head takes care of things pretty neatly and cleanly.
If you want to be more discrete you could try for a drug overdose but that could be messy. And if you jump off a high mountain or something you're still not guaranteed to die but you have better odds than trusting a random driver to finish the job."
Yes, she'd thought about suicide a lot.

Mendoske Sayuki thought to herself as she listened in on the others talk about suicide and things, how very depressing, however she couldn't be bothered moving and this place has the best range so she was stuck here.

"...I don't want to be alive...," she muttered softly. "...Why don't we take a walk?" Sae asked her, smiling.

"If someone wants to die, a walk isn't going to fix shit," Cécile told the other girl. Honestly she was a little jealous of this girl who wanted to die. Unlike her she'd been able to take a step forward. Very soon this girl might be removed from this Purgatory of pain and suffering.
