"Um...," she looked around. She dragged Vera to the remains of the dress and started to use it to tie Vera's arms together, tightly, awkwardly (hopefully painfully) down her back and then did the same to her legs and tried to bend them to cause pain while tying them together.
"Um...," she headed to the door.

Vera stirred slightly, before the pain in her limbs kicked in quickly. She noticed Kayla leaving. "Wait... Please... If you're going to leave me tied up, might I make a suggestion?"
