He played there for a bit before bringing his knees up, thanking his strong abs. He put his legs onto her butt and hefted her up as far as he could, bending and reaching for her waistline with his mouth, trying to wiggle her pants a bit down. That wasn't working, but he was moving them down a bit in back with his legs and knees.

"Good," he said, letting go of her, "Let go," he said, "Need to do this fast."

He grabbed at the rope above him with his hands, gathering as much as he could and he started to climb. When he was a few feet above her, he twisted around, upside-down, and put his feet on the ropes. He pulled as hard as he could, breaking them out of the ceiling. But as he fell he reached out blindly, grabbing one of her ropes, snapping it in the process, but his momentum caused them to swing, tearing the second rope free and dropping them both onto the platform.

Miri landed with a slight cry, not moving for a moment. "I underestimated your resourcefulness." She said simply, pulling the rope off of her wrists.

"Pull your pants up," he said, pulling his wrists free. He kept a length of rope and went to the door.

Miri checked, and saw that some was indeed exposed. She hitched them up a bit, and grabbed a length of rope for herself, following Jayce.

He slid the door open. As soon as the guard turned, he slammed his forearm into the man's throat, and then grabbed him by the shirt and looped the rope around his throat, pulling until he heard a snap. He grabbed the man's gun and passed it to Miri.

Miri tossed the rope away and took the gun, checking and seeing that a round was chambered.
